Experience the back country thrill of seeing Roosevelt Elk, Black-Tailed Deer, Black Bears, Bald Eagles, Ospreys. This is an easy grade 1-2 paddle, no experience necessary. September through November is prime time for salmon spawning which attracts the Black Bears and Bald Eagles, but we operate year-round. Bring your camera and binoculars.
Depart at 0900 hours and arrive at launch site about 1030 hours. During this 4 to 6 hour canoe trip, your guide will give you the history of the area, point out the flora and fauna and make any stops you request along the way. Return to departure site late in the afternoon.
